• Engagement data: contact details of client staff and information contained in documents you share with us under NDA.
• Technical data: server logs (IP address, browser, time of request) processed by our hosting provider for security and operation.
• Usage statistics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying individual visitors (page, referrer, country, device type).

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Responding to your request and preparing a proposal: steps prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Performing an engagement: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Optional regulatory updates by email: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
• Site security and operation: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Cookie-free usage statistics: legitimate interests in understanding how the site is used (Art. 6(1)(f)).

4. Recipients and processors

We use service providers that process data on our behalf: website hosting, delivery, DNS, email forwarding and cookie-free analytics (Cloudflare), contact and download forms (Web3Forms; servers in the United States), email (Google Gmail) and secure file sharing [ONAYLANACAK]. 5. International transfers
