About RegVia
We help medical device manufacturers build one quality system that holds up in every market they sell to.
Why we started
Medical device manufacturers increasingly sell into several markets at once. Each regulator has its own rules, but they now share one foundation: ISO 13485. Too many companies still maintain separate, overlapping systems per market, or rely on template-heavy consulting that never quite fits. RegVia was founded to build that foundation once, properly, and extend it market by market.
Our approach
Practical, lean and honest. We size the system to your company, write documents your team will actually use, and say plainly when something is not needed. Fixed scope and fixed price come before any work starts. Handing a working system over to you matters more to us than keeping you dependent.
Expertise
Our expert team brings hands-on experience from medical device manufacturing: quality control, quality assurance, internal auditing to ISO 13485 as a certified lead auditor, ISO 14971 risk management, technical documentation, CAPA, complaint handling, sterilization validation and post-market surveillance, across Class IIa, IIb and Class III devices including implantable and sterile single-use devices.
Independence and confidentiality
We run a conflict-of-interest check before every engagement and sign an NDA before any documents are exchanged. Client information is never reused in other work, and no client document goes into an AI tool without written consent.
What we do not do
We do not provide legal services. We do not act as US Agent, EU Authorized Representative or Saudi Authorized Representative; where you need one, we coordinate with licensed partners. And we never promise approval: decisions belong to FDA, notified bodies and other authorities.
Where we work
Remote-first, with clients in the US, Europe, Türkiye and the Gulf. On-site work, including supplier audits, in Türkiye and Europe.
